Shale Berezka

Shale Berezka is a restaurant and event venue in Usovo, in the Odintsovsky urban district of Moscow Region. Set within the grounds of a Class A business centre, the standalone building combines a chalet-like restaurant atmosphere with the facilities of a concert and banquet space.

The interior is arranged as one open room with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, wooden tables, upholstered sofas and two fireplaces positioned around the stage. Textured wall finishes add to the chalet character, while the lighting can shift from warm and subdued for dinner gatherings to colourful illumination for concerts and evening events. Six-metre ceilings and an open-plan layout keep the room suited to large organised occasions.

Shale Berezka is primarily designed for banquets, private celebrations and live events. The main hall accommodates up to 220 people, and the summer veranda provides an additional setting for up to 100. Several glazed exits connect the hall with the veranda, allowing event layouts to include both indoor and outdoor areas. Three zones are available for off-site registration ceremonies, making the venue suitable for weddings and other formal celebrations.

The stage is integrated into the room and can be adapted for different event formats. Installed technical equipment includes a sound system, stage lighting, microphones, a DJ console and an LED screen for videos, broadcasts or event branding. A black grand piano is also part of the interior, while backstage facilities include changing rooms for performers. These features support concerts, presentations, entertainment programmes and banquet receptions without requiring a separate event production setup.

The kitchen provides restaurant, banquet and bar menus, with a wine list available for organised occasions. The venue also offers food delivery and off-site catering services. The surrounding green setting, enclosed grounds and on-site parking add practical value for events involving larger groups. Shale Berezka suits corporate functions, weddings, family celebrations and music-led gatherings that require a dedicated hall, stage and event infrastructure.
