Description
Hi, I'm Andrea, professional chef and cooking teacher. My passion for cooking was passed on to me by my uncle, an engineer but a chef at heart and a boundless gourmet. I have done many things in my life, but in the end I came to my great passion, cooking. I cooked in Moscow, France as a private chef, in restaurants in Tuscany, Marche and Sicily. In recent years, in Florence, I have worked as a cooking teacher in a private university. I love Italian cuisine, but above all I love cooking.

I am the chef Andrea, I was born in Tuscany but I live in Casapaletti, a small hamlet on the splendid hills of Monferrato. With me you will become a true master in homemade pasta. In this experience you will sink your hands in all the dough, cut the dough with a knife and sauté the pasta in the pan as you do in the best Italian tradition. Together we will make traditional piedmont tajarin and ravioli del plin, and tipical tuscan pici. Under my guide you will prepare all kinds of pasta, learning the secrets of the best condiments for each fresh pasta recipes. Afterwards we will taste together the cooked dishes with a view of the splendid hills of Monferrato. We also have two rooms for guests who want to extend their stay in our house.
