Wellness, Sauna

Wellness, Sauna is a private sauna and SPA venue at Volgogradsky Prospekt 54, on the basement level in Moscow. The setting is arranged around individual halls rather than a shared public bathing area, with each room given its own atmosphere and style. The format suits relaxed stays focused on warmth, water treatments, conversation and recovery.

The halls combine sauna facilities with water-based amenities. Depending on the selected room, the setup can include a Finnish steam room, a Russian bathing area, a hammam, a swimming pool, a hydromassage jacuzzi or a cold plunge. Recovery rooms provide space between sauna sessions, while a fitobarrel is available among the listed wellness facilities. The venue also offers SPA bathing rituals and services from a professional bath attendant.

Massage is part of the wellness programme, with options covering general, back, head, neck, limb, lymphatic drainage, honey and visceral techniques. SPA treatments and a solarium are also listed. The emphasis is on a flexible private session, allowing a group to combine steam, water procedures and body treatments within one visit.

The atmosphere is suitable for small gatherings, celebrations and company events as well as quieter personal relaxation. Hall capacities are limited and vary by room, with arrangements intended for both compact groups and larger parties. Karaoke equipment is available in each hall, and hookah service can be added. A personal bar and hot kitchen service broaden the social format, while the private layout keeps the visit centred on the selected room.

Bath accessories can be arranged at the venue, including slippers, towels, sheets and robes, with additional bathing items available for purchase. Massage, bath attendant sessions and other add-on services are organised separately from the hall rental. Booking details, hall suitability and the current set of extra services are handled by the administrator, which is useful when a visit involves several treatments or a larger group.

Wellness, Sauna works best for visitors looking for an indoor bathing complex with private rooms, a choice of sauna and water facilities, and optional wellness or entertainment services. The combination of steam rooms, pools or jacuzzi facilities, massage, karaoke and recovery areas makes the venue adaptable to both restorative sessions and informal group occasions.
