Empire Swim Academy

Empire Swim Academy provides expatriates and residents of City of Moscow, Russia with the best quality swim programs that develop the physical, athletic and personal potential for all ages and levels.

The aim of Empire Swim Academy is to provide a range of comprehensive swimming programs for expatriates community of the City of Moscow, Russia that are suitable for all ages and levels. This club is an independently run club by professional swimmers with expat life experience in Asia, Middle East, USA.

There are 5 programs in Empire Swim Academy:

1. Learn to swim

Designed to teach aquatic and personal water safety skills in safest and the most enjoyable atmosphere. These programs are suited for beginners and basic swimmers who wish to learn how to swim, improve their swimming ability or prepare for the competitive program.

2. Developmental

Developmental program focuses on the technical development of the different swim strokes and on building up the required stamina and endurance to prepare young swimmers for the next level.

3. Technique Improvement

Technique Improvement program is designed for young children with previous swimming experience and who would like to improve their strokes technique and swimming skills in a positive environment.

4. Pre-Competitive Team

This program is designed to help give your child love of the sport of swimming. Pre-Competitive program is early stages of competitive swimming. This program is lead and directed by our High Performance Coaching staff, which allows swimmers to get first hand experience of professional coaching while developing their talents.

5. Competitive Squads

Competitive program is designed for swimmers who enjoy racing on during practises or on a swim meet. This level requires more commitment and dedication to the sport of swimming.
Practices and competitions become a little more serious, and if a swimmer is fast enough, a whole new level of competitive opportunities arise.
