Directions to Samolet Bowling Club
Samolet is the largest bowling center in Moscow. The complex offers 34 bowling lanes, with the best equipment from Brunswick. Ten lanes under the name of Cosmo-Bowling are located on the first floor. These lanes seem more adequate for fans of ‘extreme sports’ as the room is dark and only the skittles are neon illuminated, making for a weird but really fun experience. On the third floor of Samolet there are another twenty-four bowling lanes: a row of sixteen regular lanes and two VIP areas with four lanes in each. With the choice available, you can rest assured that you will always find a lane to your liking. In addition, automatically rising bumpers in the side gutters allow the youngest of visitors to join in the fun.
Tables are conveniently located next to the bowling lanes and the ample free space around them allows for a variety of organised events right in the bowling alley: competitions, receptions or even parties with performances of artists and bands!
Special footwear should be used to play bowling. This can be obtained at the reception. Experienced instructors will help you choose the right weight for a bowling ball and will also teach you the rules of the game and throwing techniques. It is also possible to switch on and off the lanes at the reception, if you wish to take a break. Rates are per minute and payable after the end of the game.
Samolet is located in the Western Part of Moscow not far from Moscow's Zoo. The Bowling Club is part of the Samolet Complex that also inludes three restaurants, billiards, a karaoke theatre, shooting gallery, indoor carting, Q ZAR - the world's famous laser game, arcades, children's entertaining complex and 4D cinema.
