The succinct, clear menu at Taliesin is the result of Chef hard work. Meat is prepared in any and every possible way in the restaurant's open kitchen. Chief bakes meat in the oven and fires it on spits; he grills it and stews it in cast iron pots. The gentle aroma of smoke, the 'taste of fire,' makes every meal at Taliesin unique.
