The design by Tatyana Zaryeva is not typical for Moscow – it reveals spirit of private clubs in London Soho. Each detail is created exclusively for SVOY; all exotic elements are brought from different countries. Natural materials prevail here: solid oak, Belgian tapestry, reindeer lichen from Norway. There are two levels in the restaurant divided into small areas and cozy yard. Two VIP-rooms are unique as the interiors are adjusted individually for each guest.
Chef Artyom Gorlachenko made fusion cuisine based on Russian organic food, selected by well-known specialist Victor Mikhaylov, who also provides such famous restaurants, as Boston, Doctor Zhivago and Chestnaya Kukhnya, with products of the highest quality. The guests are offered brand meals by SVOY Chef: crouton with smoked eel paste, beef tartar, classic French onion soup, cocotte with mushrooms and béchamel sauce.
The desserts in SVOY are simply must-taste – the receipt of tiramisu is brought from Belgium, the waffles are cooked in a waffle stove dated 1976 following to family traditions. The Cocktail Carte deserves special attention thanks to classic cocktail twists improvised by Ekaterina Kolchanova, who is famous for Saxon&Parole project. Lichee cooler with rum and Campari on milk oolong with lichee puree and prosecco, Safinstar with Reposado, sea buckthorn syrup and pepper, Conefashioned with bourbon, home-made syrup of cones, rosemary, and peanuts are only few of them.
Master Fayar Khasanov creates magic blends of hookah in SVOY. Over 400 different mixtures are gathered here, and the guests can choose any taste which they can think out. Pumpkin pie, fresh ice or Indian spices are just some of them. SVOY is proud of its hand-made hookah ordered exclusively from Bali. Each guest of SVOY can have his own named cigarette holder, which is kept in hookah-bar.
