The classical concept of restaurant, which includes rich collection of delicacies, wide range of wines, expensive well-thought table layout and impeccable service, is put in Le Restaurant. Created as a membership club of the largest winemaking company, Vinoterra, today Le Restaurant is open to everyone.
The first thing you see coming to Le Restaurant is the aquarium full of ‘fruits de mer’: oysters, crabs, clams, sea hedgehogs, etc. There is also a spot for meat lovers – lighted cupboard with steaks, beef, prosciutto, farm goose legs, etc. Today Jeremy Uruty, young and talented Chef from Boudreaux, heads the cuisine. Jeremy has a chance to learn culinary art, working in Les Criquets, La Grande Maison (Michelin-starred), and La Grand`Vigne (Michelin-starred). He updated the main Menu: classic French recipes are made in author style from local and seasonal products.
Finally, the wine collection, situated on the second floor. One of the best collection in Moscow is presented here – from the well-known Italian and French masterpieces to exciting newcomers from Germany, Austria and the New World.
