Evans Property Services was founded by American entrepreneurs in 1991. It was one of the first companies created to address the market need for refurbished to Western standards and professionally managed real estate in Moscow. In 1995, Evans acquired its present name, and since August 1997 the company has been owned and managed by the Russian managing partners. Now, Evans is one of the leading full-service real estate companies offering brokerage services in Moscow and all over the world.

Evans is a member of American Chamber of Commerce and Association of European Businesses in Russia.

Evans's business has been around for years. However, the team is young and ambitious.
