Founded in the early 1990s and still headed by Ms. Marianna Pshevecherskaya, from day one Beatrix has been built upon the most stringent principles of Western business management. The company formed, established and grew just as the Russian real estate market did. During the turbulent post-Perestroika Russia, Beatrix serviced the first adventurous expats who risked relocating to Moscow. With the backing of its first corporate clients - the just-formed Independent Media and the daring Dutch expat community (soon followed by the diplomatic corps) - gave Beatrix the critical business support and a firm launchpad, hence the company's 'Royal Dutch' name and the highest quality mark!

Since the advent private housing in Russia in 1991, Beatrix has operated in Moscow's elite apartment rental sector. By 1998 the company formed a competitive sales department and launched short-term lease of serviced apartments by 2007. The latest addition was the commercial real estate operation in 2010. Today, Beatrix Real Estate is a full-range company providing services and consulting in long-term and short-term lease, new and secondary housing sales, out-of-town properties, commercial and foreign real estate as well as relocation, investment and legal advice and assistance.
