Iksha River Club is a seasonal country club on the shore of the Iksha Reservoir in Bolshaya Chernaya, around 25 kilometres from Moscow along Dmitrovskoye Highway. Set on a peninsula surrounded by water, the club combines a beach, casual summer dining and facilities for day trips, picnics and private events.
The food offering centres on a beach café and outdoor cooking. Barbecue gazebos stand beside the water or in the wooded part of the grounds, giving groups the option of organising a relaxed picnic with a grill. The range of gazebo formats suits different occasions, from an open shelter for a small party to a larger private area for a group of up to 20 people. A heated gazebo with water views is also available for gatherings of around eight to ten people.
During the summer season, the waterfront operates as a beach club with a sandy beach, a lounge area with sun loungers, changing facilities, showers and toilets. An outdoor pool for adults and a separate heated pool for children add an alternative to swimming in the reservoir. The setting is informal and outdoors-focused, with boats and cruise vessels passing across the water and landscaped grounds around the recreation areas.
Active leisure is part of the club’s character. Sports and play areas include a volleyball court and spaces for pétanque, while sports equipment is available for hire. The combination of water, open-air facilities and barbecue areas makes the venue suitable for family days, casual gatherings and company events. Marquees and other event spaces support larger celebrations, presentations and organised functions.
Iksha River Club generally operates as a summer destination, with visits in the early and late parts of the season arranged in advance. The club is located at Vysokaya Gorka, 10, in the urban district of Mytishchi, Moscow Region. It works best for groups looking for a structured outdoor setting with food, swimming, games and space for a picnic rather than a conventional city restaurant.
