The Maxima Zarya is a three-star hotel in northern Moscow, near the Estate Ostankino, the Botanical Garden, and the All-Russia Exhibition Centre. The building was constructed in 1956, but has been renovated several times, most recently in 2004. The hotel has guest rooms and suites. There is a restaurant and a 24-hour lobby bar. The hotel is part of the Maxima chain of properties, which has several hotels in the Moscow area.
