Strana Kotoroy Net

Strana Kotoroy Net is a spacious fusion restaurant and café inside TG Modny Sezon on Okhotny Ryad, close to Red Square, the Bolshoi Theatre and the State Duma. The central Moscow setting makes it suited to a meal during a shopping trip, a meeting in the city centre or an evening gathering.

The menu brings together Russian, European, Georgian, pan-Asian, Japanese and Eastern influences. This broad approach allows the restaurant to serve familiar comfort dishes alongside recipes shaped by several culinary traditions. An open kitchen is built around a charcoal grill and an open mangal, giving the cooking area a visible role in the dining room.

The restaurant has two main halls, with three private rooms available for meetings and events in a more secluded setting. The dining rooms combine illuminated tree silhouettes, large wooden-disc chandeliers and oversized floral details, creating a decorative, storybook-style interior without separating the restaurant from its open kitchen.

In warmer weather, the venue extends outdoors to a green, flower-filled veranda with almost 100 seats. The terrace adds a more relaxed option for daytime dining, coffee, desserts or an evening meal, while the indoor rooms remain suitable for year-round visits and organised gatherings.

A dedicated pastry section is part of the restaurant. It focuses on carefully presented desserts, including cakes, layered pastries, cheesecakes and other dessert styles. The pastry display reaches up toward the ceiling, making sweets a visible part of the room rather than a small afterthought to the main menu.

The drinks selection includes a wine list with more than 100 labels, along with house cocktails, alcohol-free mixed drinks, warming beverages and lemonades. This gives the venue flexibility across different occasions, from a non-alcoholic daytime stop to a longer dinner with wine.
