The series of gastronomic experiments by Fedor Verin continues with Scallops special menu which includes exclusively fresh and tender Far Eastern scallops having this expressive taste, with a little bit of sweetness.
Verin smokes scallops pickled with lime juice and cinnamon to serve them with melon and cucumber tartar (550 rubles), cooks couscous with scallops, red apples and karri sauce (650 rubles), drowns a lightly fried scallops into cauliflower cream-soup (350 rubles), stuffs a corn flat cake with avocado, scallops and garlic sauce (450 rubles), and also bakes scallops with white mushrooms (550 rubles). These and other remarkable courses are being served for 2 weeks at three Brix bars.
