This winter Pavel Kirillov, Chef of Oblomov, will show everything from Russian cuisine, for example, many kinds of pelmeni, which are made at the kitchen of Oblomov. Those who are familiar with the legendary Ukha soup will like the fish pelmeni. Elk meat remains the core of Oblomov’s menu: sour schi with elk, elk shoulder and, of course, elk lips.
