Mikhail Kirsanov, the LUCE’s brand-chief created a whole list of new courses cooked on charcoal grill. Here are some very promising positions from the new menu:
dorado (490 rub) and sea bass (550 rub) — both full-sized;
octopus (1900 rub);
T Bone steak (810 rub);
beef tenderloin tagliata (1250 rub);
beefsteak with poached egg (790 rub);
baked potato (250 rub).
Also there is a great choice of new sauces which make a perfect match with the food: pepper and mustard sauces, gorgonzola, BBQ — simple, but quite delicious!
