Brand-chef Fedor Verin opens the year with Carpaccio Special Menu - exclusively at Brix! He adds delicious parmesan, mascarpone and truffle butter creme to sliced beef, serves venison with light ravioli and fresh raspberry, then here comes tuna with avocado salsa and pop-rice, following by duck carpaccio with figs, hazelnuts and orange sauce. But what is really tastes like heaven (though all the predecessors are great) is white salmon carpaccio. You should just try it - it is breathtaking!
